How can I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your wooden toys, animal toys, or educational wooden toys, we’re here to help! You can return any unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To make the return process easy, please contact our team via email at [email protected]. We’ll guide you through each step to ensure your return is smooth and hassle-free.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and your refund initiated.
Do I pay for returns?
Yes, at this time, we do not offer free return shipping. If you choose to return items by mail, the return postage must be covered by the sender and will not be reimbursed. Be sure to keep your return tracking information as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer an exchange service. However, you can return any item you’re unsatisfied with for a full refund following our Returns Policy. Once you’ve received your refund, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This allows you to promptly get the items you want without waiting for an exchange.
REFUNDS INFORMATION
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method used. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the date you sent your return parcel. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your refund has been completed.
If you paid by card, please check your bank statement starting from the date of the order, as your refund may appear against that date. If you paid using a different payment method, such as PayPal or another online service, please check with your provider to confirm the refund.
I haven’t received my refund
If you have not received your refund within the estimated timeframe, here are a few steps you can take:
- Check your email – Look for the confirmation email from us indicating that the refund has been processed.
- Review your bank statement – If you paid by card, check your statement from the date of your order onwards, as some refunds may be displayed on the original order date.
- Contact your bank or payment provider – If your payment card has expired or been canceled since the purchase, the bank may need to assist in locating your funds. Refunds are typically sent back to the original payment method, and we cannot transfer them to another account.
- Use your tracking information – If you still have not received your refund, keep your return tracking number handy. In the event we have not yet received your item(s), this information will help us locate your return.
If you used an untracked service for the return and only have a postal receipt, you may need to contact the postal service directly to file a claim if your package has not arrived.
